While I did finally get paid, because I started this blog, it seems most members have not been paid. So we need to start tracking again as members are again getting upset and not allowed to voice their opinions over there in fear of getting banned. Comments have been left, emails received letting me know that again promises were made by Boo Radley, the admin, and not being kept. While I have not seen any of these threads or posts, please feel free to leave me a link and I will take a look and document it here for you. No names,or ID's need to be revealed, you leave a comment as Anonymous

Here is the current status of the Cashback and what you need to do to get paid for all your transactions and an explanation of the reason behind the delays.
All transactions have been (and still are) fully tracked by the system. We however completely rebuilt our Cashback system and while doing so, a conflict between the old and new systems resulted in a problem that made it very hard to display the transactions that occurred in the past few months consistently. We fixed all these issues and tracking will be automated and reliable with transactions showing up in less than 24 hours in the Cashback panel starting on November 1st, 2009.
However, for transactions before November 1st, 2009, I have decided that the best way to take care of these will be on a personal basis (and manually) through email. I will ensure that you get paid for every transaction you made through the Cashback system. To express my apology for this inconvenience, instead of paying you a percentage Cashback, I will pay all the commission a transaction has generated.
All I need from you please is to email me with your SmartCanucks ID (if you know it) and a rough list of the transactions you placed and I will retrieve the details and reply back to you with a list. Once you confirm that I have listed all the transactions you made and acknowledge the total I owe you, I will then proceed to send out the payment immediately to the address/paypal you specify.
I will be replying back to your emails in less than 24 hours. Once again I deeply apologize for this inconvenience and I guarantee you that starting on November 1st, 2009 you will be getting the highest quality of service and reliability from the New CashBack System.
